The Middle Saint Vrain OHV Route is a rough 4WD road, with large rocks and logs. It follows Middle St. Vrain Creek and crosses some side creeks as well. It ends at Indian Peaks Wilderness Boundary, at the Middle St. Vrain Trailhead on the Buchanan Pass Trail. The road can make a loop with the Coney Creek Road. The connector road is especially steep and narrow.
